By purchasing from Rugged Wheels, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. It’s important to read them carefully as they form a legally binding contract.

Responsibility: As a buyer, it is your responsibility to ask any questions you may have before purchasing. By placing an order, you are agreeing to purchase the product as described and in accordance with our terms.

Accuracy of Descriptions: We make every effort to accurately describe our products, but slight errors may occur. If you are unsure or find something doubtful, please reach out to us for clarification.

Warranty: All brand-new tyres come with a 12-month warranty (with exclusions). If you discover a manufacturer’s defect, the disputed item must be returned at your expense to our store. Warranty is pro-rated based on the tread wear (e.g., if a tyre is 40% worn, you will pay 40% of the replacement cost).

Motorsport and Track Use: Please note, our tyres are designed for standard street use only. If used for off-road, race, or track purposes, the warranty will be void.

Modifications and Fitment: If you modify your vehicle, it is your responsibility to ensure the wheels and tyres will fit. We recommend fitting only wheels and tyres that align with the original manufacturer’s specifications.

Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update our terms and conditions without prior notice. By continuing to use our site after modifications, you agree to the new terms.

Liability: You agree to indemnify Rugged Wheels, its affiliates, and staff from any claims arising from misuse of the site or violation of the terms and conditions.
